start here, if you have iTunes installed but don’t have an account
yet, proceed to Step 3.
Step 1 - Download iTunes
You’ll need to download
iTunes. It’s free! First check the system requirements then
select the version of iTunes for either Mac OS X or Windows XP/2000
and click on the download iTunes button.
Step 2 - Install iTunes
To install iTunes you may need administrator access to your computer.
Follow the on-screen instructions. On the last screen, select “Yes,
take me to the iTunes Music Store” then click Done.
Step 3 - Open Account and Download Free Music
If you’re a first-time iTunes user, you’ll need to open
an iTunes account by completing the registration process. Once registered,

1. Sponsorship: Apple is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion.
2. Type of Code:
The code inside the SendStation product package is NOT an iTunes code
and can NOT directly be redeemed at any iTunes Music Store. The SendStation
code must be entered at www.sendstation.com/itunes in exchange for
your winning iTunes code. SendStation codes are letters only, no numbers. Your
winning iTunes code does either grant you 1 (one) or 10 (ten) free
song downloads. The 1-song-or-10-songs-ratio depends on the type of
product. See online product description or product package for details.
3. Integrity of Codes: SendStation is not eligible for "hijacked"
redeem codes. While products purchased online from the SendStation
Store are guaranteed to be fine, SendStation products bought from
retailers should be checked for intact packaging. SendStation codes
can not be read without opening the packaging.
4. Expiration Dates: The SendStation code inside the package comes
with an expiration date shown below the code. Expired SendStation codes can NOT be exchanged
and are void. The iTunes codes which you’ll receive via email
comes with an expiration date as well, shown below in the email. Expired
iTunes codes can NOT be redeemed at the iTunes Music Store.
5. Redeeming of iTunes codes: Make sure you select the iTunes Music
Store (means country) you are registered with! iTunes codes are country-specific,
e.g. a code for a free download at the Canadian iTunes Music Store
can not be redeemed at the US iTunes Music Store. Redemption
open only to persons above the age of 13.
6. Correctness of your email address: Double check the email address
you provide! We will send your iTunes code to that address only. The
iTunes code can not be resend to a different address.
7. Missing iTunes Codes: Didn't receive our email with your winning
iTunes code or deleted it accidentally? If you use a spam filter in
your email application, check it first. Else you can have your iTunes
code(s) resend to your given address. Click
here for details.
8. General Conditions: SendStation reserves the right to cancel, suspend
and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical
failures or any other factor beyond SendStation’s reasonable
control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion
determined by SendStation in its sole discretion. SendStation
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual
it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in
violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an
unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to
deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the program may
be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt
be made, SendStation reserves the right to seek damages from
any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. SendStation’s
failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute
a waiver of that provision.
9. Limitations of Liability: Neither SendStation nor Apple Computer,

whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical

of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which
may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s
participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any
download.
10. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any
and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected
with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort
to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and
awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’
fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to
