Our system automatically sends a confirmation email immediately after the order has been placed. Make sure to check your spam filter or folder!

Due to our low freight charge we can not provide tracking numbers.
 
2. How much does it cost to ship to ... ?
We ship world-wide for EUR/USD 5.80 only.
Free shipping on all orders above EUR/USD 75.
 
3. How long does it take to ship to ... ?
If not otherwise indicated, all orders ship the next business day.
Estimated delivery times are

No, currently not.
 
5. Do I have to pay customs if I'm located outside the European Community?
Your order ships in a neutral brown, padded envelope or cardboard wrapper with no indication regarding the sender or content, thus usually passes customs with no additional charges.
